We had booked a trip for 4 to Mangalore from 24th Nov. 15 to Dec. 5, 2015. We paid 50% advance of Rs 38, 750/- and thereafter, there was no response from them on the various tel. nos. provided. Mr. Vishal who was handling our account disappeared and no satisfactory answer was given. Finally after much followup, we got details of the hotel reservations. BUT, on calling them up, we found out that payment was to be made by the guest and the hotel charges were not chargeable to Golden Trips. We cancelled the tour and asked for refund of the advance paid as per agreement with them. Till date, there is no proper response, they do not pay, they do not talk, they do not do anything.
