Dear sir, custmer id no 01144 We just returned back after enjoying our tour at Kashmir. Our overall experience was good and thanks for your co operation. BTW we have some issues regarding shikara ride and mughal garden, as it was included in your scope but we have paid 1400 rs. To shikara ride and 150 rs. To mughal garden separately so it's our request to provide us payback. And other complaint is hotels provided to us were not as you have showed or told us in previous mail communications.
