I have paid online to jtstore.com against a product order no. Order #[protected]/10/2018) through zaakpay amounting to rs.201/- but till date refund not received. The jtstore.com appears as fake site. Kindly suggest what to do? I have communicated several times through mail to jtstore but in vain.
