[Resolved]  Theme My Party — Wrong products delivered and the owner is not replying regarding the matter at all.

Regarding above captioned problem i would like to say that the owner of this online company is not answering my calls or replying to my whatsapp queries of the wrong products delivered by them... I have ordered products (Iron man theme birthday products) worth rs 2381 from them but they delivered avengers& spider man theme products in that too they have not delivered few items which i bought from them... I have been calling and messaging the no. S since day 1 of which i have proofs too and i can attach all the pics but cannot attach more than two so i am not attaching but if you will àsk i can send you too...

My concern is not that rs 2381 which i paid my concern is the behaviour apart from sending messages and calling him so many times i just got one reply that too very casually.. And after the second complain no reply at all...

I just want you all to teach him a lesson that he should not behave so bad with his customers specially when sentiments are attached to the products bought... It was for my son who will turn four on 8th august... I was expecting a reply or a call back from the gentleman... It was actually very rude that he didn't replied at all...
I am changing my son's birthday theme but with a heavy heart... Because of someone elseselse's fault... His phone no. Is [protected]
