I have placed an order of customised backdrop and 1 space theme balloon set and 1 set of blue and white balloons.. 3 different set of products in total..But they didn't deliver set of blue and white balloons..Their customer service is extremely worst..They are reading texts regarding my complaint in WhatsApp but ignore..not even responding..This is my first time ordering from thememyparty, but they failed to treat customer.. pathetic behaviour......

I placed an order on this site on 23 November 2023 and an amount of Rs 798 was deducted. I never got any confirmation mail or order details and also I never received my order.
Also on contacting on the number given on their website nobody responds.
The owner comes online on whatsapp, reads messages and ignores the customer.
Worst customer care service ever.
Kindly initiate a refund....

Wrong products delivered and the owner is not replying regarding the matter at all.

Regarding above captioned problem i would like to say that the owner of this online company is not answering my calls or replying to my whatsapp queries of the wrong products delivered by them... I have ordered products (Iron man theme birthday products) worth rs 2381 from them but they delivered avengers& spider man theme products in that too they have not delivered few items which i bought from them... I have been calling...
