I have purchased a mobile (micromax A57) from TheMobileStore with an extended warranty. Since it was having some defect and they had 5 days replacement policy i got replacement next day but they have not updated the IMEI number in the system in the extended warranty. On 17th Dec i have given the mobile for service to TheMobileStore as 1year manufacturer warranty was over. Its more than a month so far i have not received my mobile back from them and when i called service center number they say it is still not repaired it is in some approval process (because IMEI number was not updated in the system which was their fault). I have mailed this to TheMobileStire customer care email id [protected]@themobilestore.in also but i am not i getting any proper response from customercare nor from TheMobieStore Mira Road Branch from where i purchased the mobile
