Thepancard.com — Customer code A3438691 is not being processed by them. My application status is not increasing.

I had applied for my grandmother's pancard on 4th Feb 2021. It has been more than a month and application is verified and is not submitted. I don't know why they are taking so much time to submit my application. I think its a fraud website. My customer code is A3438691 kindly refund my money or increase my application status ASAP as I need my pancard urgently
