Thepancard.com — It's more than a month since I have applied for pancard but there is no satisfactory response from their side

I had applied for my pancard online on thepancard.com but it has been more than a month since I have applied but there is no progress in my application status. My customer code is A3438691. They charged 230 rupees convinience charge on a total fee of 379 but they themselves are causing much inconvenience. A total fraud website they don't have any call number or an email id there's only a chat support on which they never reply.

I have applied on 4th February 2021 and today is 14th March and they are not even responding to my query with customer code A3438691
