Thepancard.com — Non receipt of Pan card

Address:EC 305 MAYA ENCLAVE HARINAGAR

I applied for pan card duplicate(as I lost my original)on 5th of February. I got an acknowledgement on 10th Feb with my Customer code A3444405. Till date it is in validation state and my two mails to them are unanswered. Is it a fraud party?
