Thepancard.com — Non receipt of pan card till date

I have applied for pan card through www.thepancard.com for which I paid the processing fee of rs. 399 on 28th Feb 2021.But still not received the pan card till yet. Tried to reach there help desk but as no contact no is available in site. I texted the message in the customer support provided in the website but no response till yet.
