Thepancard.com — Non Responsive and bad feedback | |||
I applied for change in address in PAN card on 03/03/202. They allotted me customer code A3542645 and collected Rs.401/- via online payment. More than a month has passed but I have not received new pan card. When trying to message on their online portal, the following auto reply reflect in the portal. Disclaimer: Please be informed that this is not an Instant Messaging / Online Chat system. Our Customer Support Executive will respond to your query as soon as possible. Such non responsiveness looks fraud. They are just cheating peoples online.
