Thepancard.com — Non Responsive and bad feedback

Address:Thepancard.com 41 Fourth Floor Tower I Shakthi Towers 766 Annasalai Chennai 600002

I applied for change in address in PAN card on 03/03/202. They allotted me customer code A3542645 and collected Rs.401/- via online payment. More than a month has passed but I have not received new pan card. When trying to message on their online portal, the following auto reply reflect in the portal.
