Thepancard.com — Paid for my Pan Card. But still haven't received it.

I submitted my Pan Card in January 2021 with all necessary documents. I paid Rs.385 as well. But till date I haven't received my pan card. This website is a fraud website. Please don't trust it. Should I apply directly from the website of Income Tax department?
