Thepancard.com — PAN card service issue.

I have applied for the PAN card to my sister a year (2020) ago. I have filled with proper information and paid fee but after 2 months they delivered a note on account for year of birth issue. But I have submitted correct year on initial. Again I submitted proof of birth but there is no PAN card yet. Still they are showing under progress note in account. Please take an action on this website.
