Thepancard.com — pan card not received fraud company

Dear team,

Approx. 48 day before i have applied pan card though your web site www.thepancard.com and applied new pan card and pay fees. After 20 day i have received confirmation on 21-feb-2019 my mother pan card successfully generated and ready to dispatch within 5 to 7 working days will be delivered in your registered address now today is 12-mar-2019 and i have not receive my pan card i have drop the message many time but i don’t get proper answer from the pan card department. I have also drop the mail but i don’t get proper answer so i request to you please give me pan card no. Or courier no. I want to submit my pan no.in income tax department.
