Dear sir,

We bought two nos. Of hot water generators model - athdi-20/gas/20, 00, 000 kcal/hr.in february 2016.

Within 3 years one of the two machines developed a leakage in its coil, which is unnatural and has caused major breakdown in the plant.

We have bought this machine through you distributor - aetom engineering technologies pvt. Ltd. #61-p, 2nd floor, pace city-i, khandsa road, gurgaon - 122001.

Also currently they have amc for these machines.

We expect your organisation to live up to your repute and send your experts to at least analyse why this happened and help us resolve and understand the issue so that this does not occur ever in the future.

We placed PO for the said component existing Thermax utilities existed
The PO No. [protected], dated 30.01.2018 & PO No. [protected] dated 12.02.18, The material reached us by packing List No. PI No. 36201049, was assembled by June 25, 2018, The Problem was TP6 thermo-regulator is still not able maintain temperature above 176 Degree C at load, TP 10 is firing but the stiometeric ratio of 1: 12 to 1: 18 is obtained thus the LPG consumption is high, The consumption is 25% higher than the standard as per the calculation, Also the SM 10 Steam Boiler is taking about more than 3 Hours to attain the temperature, PRV is not working, But Thermax Delhi team is not able eliminate the problem for over 5 months as of Now,
it seems they are waiting for the warranty period to get over this is not acceptable, WE WANT TO REPLACE THE PROBLEMATIC COMPONENT AND GET IT RIGHT AT THE EARLIEST

We have purchased thermax boiler from prerana engineers & consultants pvt. Ltd kolkata, distributor of thermax company, (Model no : steam boiler-rxa-06/2876)

We are used the boiler for preparation starch for our production line, from few months we are facing very much problem in spare management from prerana engg the service of the company very poor as well as no response from their end during any urgency of spare and consumable.
Last week ask multiport valve for filter & softner which is very urgent for us and send the order by mail but they enable to provide the item till date and no body picked up phone.
Regarding above circumstances please look into the matter and do the needful.

We have placed an order for additional vam safety device for vam that is in our brewery at palakkad. The purchase order number is [protected] dated 05.05.2017. This was a safety device recommended for vam by thermx after one vam unit failed in december 2016.

We have received partial supply against this order. Post this we have been following up with thermax (Sanjay jahagirdhar / harish iyer / shakthi ganesh / vinayak) for the details of balance materials and installation at site. We have also been asking for the proforma if any if we have to pay as per the po terms. However we keep getting reply that "have marked a copy to the concern department, will give you a feed back shortly". This has been going on now for months now. I have sent a request for feedback this week also, till now there has been no reply on this. None of them are reverting back on this for months, despite repeated reminders.

I am requesting you to look into this matter.

The boiler had started in mid of december and now 7 month is completed and boiler faces with same issue that id bearing is been damages twice and pulley of id fan single time due to which our production is been stop by 10-12 days
We regretting about our decision to purchase thermax boiler and we are thinking that thermax have provided default machine to us
Rather that i have contacted to thermax company in which i have assured that i get an engineer from thermax company in next week but now month completed but till now no one contacted us.

This is with reference to the above subject and subsequent telephonic discussion had with you.
Our channel partner m/s konark engineers visited the site. After replacing the motor pulley with new pulley, resolve the issue of alignment.
As informed to you thermax engineer will visit next week to check the unit installation and operation. Exact date of visit we will inform you shortly.

Now i want that thermax engineer will come to our company and check our boiler and assured us everything is fine and raise a complain against konark engineer, nashik that they have not technical person to our site whenever problem occurred and due to this our firm has been close down for 10 days
And whenever problem occurred we manage to bring technicians from local and they charge for that heavily and no konark engineer anytime have solve the problem

But from last 2-3 months we are facing problem of photocell 8205.Your new product of photocell is not working properly at our end and consumption of the same increase drastically 4 times from last 2-3 months.Now at present we dont have photocell at our end as well as at authorized dealers end.

We request your visit to solve the problem and request to provide old type of photocell to overcome troubleshooting related to this and to avoid frequent stoppage of production

Docket No. - VSP 295598.This consignment was courier from gajuwaka (vizag) to Kosamba (surat) on 28.05.09.I contacted surat customer care no. and got very irresponsible response and final told contact vishakapatnam branch.Surat customer care even was not ready say the at present status of above said courier.I hope professional courier is have online system.
Then i again contacted vishakapatnam customer care no.The executive of customer care only knows to speak teluge and iam not able to understand the language said by customer care executive.At last she blindly said it will be delivered on 01.06.09.

But till date i had not been recieved the courier.please help us...
