Thermo Classic — Smart robotic automatic room cleaner

The above mentioned item was purchased from above company via online purchase vide invoice (Attached) against order no. 3529 at a cost of rs 2499/-which was delivered on 17.07.2020. However the same was not functioning when operated. So the same was returned back on 23.07.2020 vide dtdc courier. Subsequently mail correspondence was made as per attachment. However the company has not returned the amount so far.
