          I am a small businesses man providing e ticket service to the customers through smart shop link.
          My Terminal ID INCCU[protected]
          DEB COMMUNICATIONS
          SMART SHOP LINK is off for nearly 15 days and I am unable to access any e ticket from the link.
          Almost 25000/ in my smart shop account.and I fear when anybody comes to cancel his e ticket issued earlier the cancelled amount may be credited to the online account and I would not be able to refund his Money.
          I am not getting any assurance or assistance from the Smart Shop (Harmes I Ticket Pvt Ltd).
          I am in a financial risk.
          Please help

                Its been months that I can't use the TSSMATM because the money is not getting transferred to the bank,
                Every time it shows NEFT and IMPS are down.

                        What process should I use for transferring money from TSSMATM application
                        My problem has not been solve, facing problem in my business. Can't accept card payments because every time
                        the transaction to the bank gets failed because the NEFT & IMPS transaction are down due to technical issues.
                        What is the problem.

                          Incjb03900363j date amount deducted 7000rs for fedxer courier serive

                          they have deducted the amout for providing fedex service through smart shop but they not provided the serive due to their internal problem so they said they refund the amout to my retailer in incjb03900363j with 6500 rs commited by the sales team...Even the sales team given mail to the finance team for repaymetn but no replaying for the repayment ...No one following mail i trying for more the last one year ...Only auto generated mails with compaliant no received lot times ... Even now customer care no also not able reach ...
