Dear sir / madam,
I have been appointed as stockiest in the smart shop since october 2018 and their customer care executives namely mr. Arghya banerjee, mr. Sujit kumar mohanty and tso mr. Jayprakash prasad has taken rs. 90, 000.00 for purchase of 18 rail ids with positive assurance for early resell. But out of 18 rails only 4 has been sold and 14 remains unsold since 7 months. From december 2018 these sales executives are not attending any phone calls and not selling these rail ids to customers. Sending an email on dated 24.04.2019, your tso mr. Jayprakash prasad tried to resolve the matter...

I will use it last one year this company. At thay give me ditributor ship 3-5 pertion is come and give good feed back and give me company distributer. After i give 20000 for 20 id thay will note give any support and no one pertion come to help sell my id's

2) lot of time coplane about problem in side to bill pay and mony remitenss but in the 10 days the company will not support

I am retailer of TSS I have done 4000 rs transfer at 17:32:24, Saturday, 13 October 2018 by our TSS portal but not credited customer account.So plz help me for this transaction customer has been very very angry and aggressive.

I am talking to smart care executive Vaishnabi for irctc renewal, I am always tell renewal comfram hoga ki nahi she always say yes, then I submitted all documents with amount 2750/-as on24/2/2018.amount deduction my tid-INCCU03000010G, STILL now pending renewal she says another pan card submitted after that, I am taking u first time u cannot says that why ?after deduction amount then she says another pan card submitted, I have no choice, if she renewal my railway I'd with my pancard itsok if no then reverse the amount my portal soon as possible, thanks Biswajit Singh TARANG communication...

As i continuously getting careless response from customer care & most of the errors like

1. Wrong pan card number has been updated because of which i was unable to get the tds.

2. Now pan card number is updated correctly, and created a problem by updating wrong mobile number, i want the number to be updated as [protected].

3. Please provide me with the tds of the previous financial years[protected]

I received a email from account department saying it is not possible from them as wrong pancard no has been updated...

The number which was typed was wrong and due to this recharge went to wrong person and now I want to cancel the transaction please help me as the amount is been deactivated. Hi, I have taken agency from the smart shop(Hermes Pvt. Ltd.) 3 months back. For IRCTC activation i had paid Rs 17500 after which i had couriered all docs. 2 weeks later when i'm checking with Hermes CC, they are saying they have not received the docs. When I tracked the Consignment number on courier site, it showed it's already delivered. Again i had to send all the hard copies to Hermes .
