I placed an order for a 19*20 photo frame and pre paid my order including all taxes and charges on the app and requested them on their instagram profile @thesnapstoreapp to take special care in packaging and handling of the product and they assured me they will. But today it was delivered and i made a video of its unpacking. I found that the frame was completely broken from side, corner and back. I had sent then the video and asked them to see into it and answer about the mishandling. But they did not answer.
