Thesnapstoreapp — Order not received after online payment

Have order of 24th april with order id-701691.. I had not recieved order. After mailing to customer care they said due to lockdown there is delay in service. After waiting 2 months then i again mailed customer care. Still i had not any order.100 days compelted and they are not sending my order. I dont want refund i want my order as i had waited so long for it and faced so many problem of daily mailing.
