Have order of 24th april with order id-701691.. I had not recieved order. After mailing to customer care they said due to lockdown there is delay in service. After waiting 2 months then i again mailed customer care. Still i had not any order.100 days compelted and they are not sending my order. I dont want refund i want my order as i had waited so long for it and faced so many problem of daily mailing....

I placed an order for a 19*20 photo frame and pre paid my order including all taxes and charges on the app and requested them on their instagram profile @thesnapstoreapp to take special care in packaging and handling of the product and they assured me they will.
