Thespicemarket.in — non delivery of order placed on 09.01.2018 online

I had placed order for a product from this online shopping on 09.01.2018. I have till date got neither delivery details about the product ordered nor schedule of delivery. The tracking states order under process.
They are not picking the calls, the service is hopeless..

I even emailed them their reoly is awaited. The mobile nos contacted were [protected] & [protected]

Please help to resolve.

I Have ordered for some spices on 22/07/2018 on the website WWW.Thespicemarket.in and paid the ordered ammount by PAYUMN vide payment ID[protected].Now i am not getting any status of my order.The cell numbers given on site are always switched off.Please help in the matter.Thanks
