I ordered spices worth 2266 rupees and paid through paytm on 30th September 2022, I wanted some requests and when I called the number given by them it's switched off emails are not answered whatsapp messages are ignored let them refund the amount

Hi I placed the order for the amount of 400 (payment made through phonepe) but there is no response. If i track order it is showing that it is still under processing for 3 days. Either i need the monry back or the product.

My order is not delivered. No intimation or contact with the company is possible. No response of email or whatsapp message. All contact numbers are non functional. Full payment made.

I have placed an order online and made the full payment. The company phone number is switched off and neither have they responded to my repeated email complaints.

I have ordered spices online and payment option is online only, so I paid the amount but after two days passed I am not getting any response from this company after mailing them. Moreover there given contact no. On website is unreachable.
It seems that thespicemarket.in is fraudulent website.
Request you to kindly take strong action against this fraudulent website.
Also let me know how can I get my money back from this website.

I had made an order of different spices worth more than 4000/=. There are no responses after mailing them thrice at the email id indicated. No reply whatsoever even after 20 days...dispatched ir not yet dispatched

I placed an order # 20200805227591596640893246766966 for amounting 1703 rupees on 5th aug 2020. There is a mail confirming the order and later no response. Mobile number is switched off. I cancelled my order. Later nothing happened. I am scared that my money is lost. Need help in getting my money back

Fraud and fake company.
I paid 495rs and did not receive the products and moreover after cancelling the order have not got my refund. The customer service numbers does not exist. Terrible experience.

I had placed an order worth rs 11792 for purchase of certain spices with the spice market through their website thespicemarket.in on 11th august, 2018 and the entire amount was paid in advance online on 11th august 2018 itself.
When no communication on status of my order was received till 14th august, i sent several messages and made several calls on two mobile nos. Given on their site viz [protected] and [protected] which were never attended. I sent an email to the vendor on their email id thespicemarket.[protected]@gmail.com requesting them to expedite despatch and intimate me the status, which again remained unattended till date.

Please take action as i guess this website is a scam and they are fraud.

I placed order on 22nd july 2018 fr 2 items.. Ref[protected] [protected].. Payment rs 1438 made using my credit card.. No confirmation for nxt week.. So i cancelled my order. But as on today (13th aug 2018) no refund has been effected.. I have been waiting for a natural reaction..

Hello, i placed two orders, one on july21 and second on 7 aug which was done by mistake as i was not sure if order went through or not.
For both orders i got payment successful form pay u money but nothing form merchant spice market.
The pay u payment id is[protected] for amount rs 1245 and[protected] for amount 1626.
I need get the money back for both the orders as merchant phone not are constantly off. The shop address they have given is closed always.
So many people have complaint about this company but nothing is being done.

I had ordered plum from thespicemarket.in on June 13 ..one month is over and I have not received my ordered. Their phone is switched off when I tried to call them .They had not send me tracking id .As fast as I am concerned it is fraud company it should be banned.I had gone through the review and concluded that almost every customer had some issue, mostly related to delivery with this fraud site.so I urge that pz but a ban on this site otherwise many customers like me will become softtarket of this oneline site.

Firstly merchant sent email that your order request sucsessed. But thereafter they havent delivered. Then i requested to cancell my order and refunding my money 457rs back. But still today they responded nothing and when tring to call them they never pick the calls. Please help me. If you wish i will tell the address of merchant below the spice market

I ordered a product from this online shopping of spices website on 21/sep/2017, thespicemarket.in, but i got no delivery details about the product in the mail, there was no tracking panel as i needed the product asap, i cancelled the order and now i got no details about the cancellation.
They are not picking the calls, this is the worst service i am facing.
I even don't know how to get the money back from this company as there is no contact.
I even emailed them but still didn't got any reply.
