[Resolved]  Thomas Cook India — Delayed/ No response from Customer Service and Agent Vikrant Shyam

Customer service people and the agent Vikrant Shyam does not ever responds to calls, mails etc. I have a return flight booking for my rescheduled trip for Kashmir on 17th June, 2021. I have asked for confirmation on itinerary etc. one of the two available dates mentioned by them but no response since a week
