Every time i call ur helpline .. I am told there is a sepeate team for this issue .. They provided me with no.- [protected]. However nobody responds . I have been trying this reach this no. Since last two days . however nobody responds
Today as well whole day i was calling Thomas cook however no body responded.

I booked airline ticket for my parents though Thomas cook website. I had to cancel the ticket the ticket one day before by calling the airline. The airline cancelled the ticket and told me that you have to contact Thomas cook for the refund and cancellation charges of 1575 will be deducted and rest should be refunded by Thomas cook.
I emailed flight cancellations and they first told me that they have sent the request for refund and then after a week when I followed up, I got a response that ticket is non refundable. I contacted the airline again and they told me that all tickets are refundable for jet airways tand Thomas cook should issue the refund.
