Hi i have bought a land package for 2nd nov to 5th nov and have made half payment and still awaiting response from your team for further payment and procedures, someone from your service team called me and asking me to pay a higher amount than the agreed value ans he said therr is a rate of exchange which is higher than sebi and rbi it is also higher than the rate offered than your bangalore branch and website rate, when i asked him he said he will get back to me and he never turned back, when i am trying to call back he deniying my call and saying will get back and i have also requested him to send a mail confirmation yet no response from him nor your team, really upset with your service,
