I made the booking for Thailand package for 6n/7days for me n my friend! They take the booking amount needed and after that they don't bother calling and informing the status of your trip booked! I have called them myself for more than 10 times till date! They are just proactive in collecting the payment but after the payment yu need to sit and worry about your travel details! And after we call them and try to register a complaint regarding this they don't acknowledge it! Was this information helpful? |
