[Resolved] Thomas — Double deduction of bill | |||
Dear Sir, On 6th I have shopped at your Satyasai Chouraha Reliance Fresh for Rs.2185.86 and your staff were deducted my payment in double time by swiping in different machine and they assured me the second transaction of my card is revised and shall be credited to my account within 7 days, now it is 6 days passed no amount credited to my account, I will wait for 1 day (tomorrow) and it is not cleared my account, I will spread this issue by my face book account and shall be diverted to consumer helping authority. Still nothing heard from their end, no payment were revised, both the transaction has been credited to Reliance Fresh Account, otherwise Rs.2185.68 should be credited in my account.
Please treat this as most urgent and do the needful.
