We have bought thompson tv and it is having display issue hanging issue as well. It is under warranty & on the same day i have raised it for replacement.

I have raised this complaint on same day when TV has been delivered & on 3rd day technician visited & admitted that there is an issue with TV & it has to be replaced. But its 10 days now no one has come for replacement.
This brand was promoted by flipkart employees, and i am cheated by 25k
I am always getting the following replay from customer care every one week."Your Replacement is rejected"Plz contact Thompson customer care.
Kindly replace it as soon as possible or else plz refund.
