[Resolved]  Thompson — FAULTY LED Received and Company Not resolving the issue

Hi,

The issue that I have been facing it from one month My order ID # OD[protected] ..Flipkart sent me faulty TV which stopped working withing 11 working days of Purchasing, After that i have raised the concern with the sellar that is Thompson .I have been contacting them to replace the TV but they have been giving me no answers instaed they are not taking it seriously . they say give us onw week we will resolve the issue. but they keep saying that and its more than a month my TV is still hanging on wall and no repair refund and return nothing is provided.

Flipkart is not giving me refund as its not in their policy but they are accountable for it as i have purchased it from there and now TV is faulty .
its their fault only to delivering me a faulty TV. For Replacement also..they are not taking it on themselves instead blaming to sellar . Now the Sellar which is Thompson and Flipkart both have looted my money .

I am registering this complaint as i have been not given any solution up till now.

I don't know how but after almost two months after i raised consumer complaint about thompson and flipkart i have finally received TV replaced . thank you its now resolved. but my warranty period is still wasted just because they delayed it too much.
