Service Complain ID giving by Thompson company is UP21251025W203598 but no body is responding or coming to rectify the product. It is harrasment...

We have bought thompson tv and it is having display issue hanging issue as well. It is under warranty & on the same day i have raised it for replacement.

I have raised this complaint on same day when TV has been delivered & on 3rd day technician visited & admitted that there is an issue with TV & it has to be replaced. But its 10 days now no one has come for replacement.

This brand was promoted by flipkart employees, and i am cheated by 25k

I am always getting the following replay from customer care every one week.
"Your Replacement is rejected"
Plz contact Thompson customer care.

Kindly replace it as soon as possible or else plz refund.

I bought Thompson 40" tv and for even paid service I am following with the customer care for past 1 week, nobody assigned till now. Very very poor after sales support.

I have purchased Thomson 42 inch TV and very soon after the purchase I find granes dots and black lines on the TV and while booting up I find scrambled lines. The TV is within the warranty period, However I have wrote multiple times to customer care and no proper response from the team.
I want the issue to be fixed asap. Since buying a new TV and finding multiple faults and definitely unfair.

The issue that I have been facing it from one month My order ID # OD[protected] ..Flipkart sent me faulty TV which stopped working withing 11 working days of Purchasing, After that i have raised the concern with the sellar that is Thompson .I have been contacting them to replace the TV but they have been giving me no answers instaed they are not taking it seriously . they say give us onw week we will resolve the issue. but they keep saying that and its more than a month my TV is still hanging on wall and no repair refund and return nothing is provided.

Flipkart is not giving me refund as its not in their policy but they are accountable for it as i have purchased it from there and now TV is faulty .
its their fault only to delivering me a faulty TV. For Replacement also..they are not taking it on themselves instead blaming to sellar . Now the Sellar which is Thompson and Flipkart both have looted my money .

I am registering this complaint as i have been not given any solution up till now.

I have raised a complaint due to my tv display was not clear on september 3rd and the complaint number is #0014565. I have tried reaching customer care they are not responding properly. Whenever i call the customer care they put the call on hold stating they will check the status of complaint but after 2 mins call got disconnected. I want tv to be fixed or my tv needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
