I am writing to bring to your attention that the replacement of my Thomson 50-inch QLED TV was completed under warranty after six months of continuous follow-up. However, the replacement was not handled through the proper channel.
Your technician, *Mr. Sanjeeb Panda (Contact: [protected])*, contacted us prior to the replacement and demanded ₹2, 000 for a “smooth process.” Additionally, the technician opened the replacement TV box himself, and we discovered that the **TV remote, TV stand, user manual, and invoice** were missing from the box. When we questioned him, he responded rudely and stated that we would not receive anything other than the TV unit for a replacement.
Moreover, the replacement TV was delivered through a **public transportation bus**, which is unsafe and unprofessional.
