I had purchased Thomson 9A Series 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV (32PATH0011) Two Months, Ago.

Right from beginning, there has been certain software related issues in the form of bugs which are generally fixed from the side of manufacturers.

I reported all the software related problem to concerned department of Thomson. They could not understand my concern.

They never replied and...

Tv display un serviceable (full blank only audio )compliment no 6327481 dated 29 nov, not taken any action by brand. Although it is in guaranteed period.

My ticket no IK17- 38913 ML SCAN 6310532, but no Service Engineer visit till date, please take necessary step, it already take to much time

I have bought a TV from Flipkart and facing a problem with my TV . I have already contacted to the customer care executive several times, mailed them to take complain but they still don not lodged any complain.. no support from them.. my TV is only 4 months old.. pls help

I am trying to connect Thomson TV customer care Team & Technician but no one is responding properly from last one month. Technician till date not attended the complaint.

Register the complaint on dated 4 august, 021 but till date no action taken, confirming from customer care, they told that your complaint is under approval from higher authority.

I purchased a Thomson TV (Thomson 9A Series 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV with Bezel Less Display) on date[protected] from flipkart. My TV remote control is not working after 15 days from the date of purchase . they don't provide any solution

Tvs hdmi arc port not working

I have logged a complaint on last 12th (June) with with your customer care team as my Thomson TV is not powering on.
After couple of days, representative came with the different board and went back saying that it needs to be returned and need to order correct one.

It's more than 3 weeks now since I logged the complaint and still waiting.
I called your customer care number and no proper response.

Is there any SLA for this?
To replace a board will it take more than 3 weeks ?

I bought my Thomson smart tv 9A 32 inches from flipkert in October 2020.The TV suddenly started booting problem.It stuck on logo screen.the logo repeats display after few second and continues the same.
I already consulted with flipkert and sent email to consumer care thomson Tv but the problem is not solved yet.I am disappointed.

I wish to complain about thomson b9 pro 80cm 32 inch hd ready led smart tv - imei/serial no: th32m3277s[protected]c42 that i purchased on[protected] from flipkart.

I am complaining because completely dissatisfied with your service team and bad quality of the television. To resolve this problem i would like you to inform your team to reach my below location as soon as possible to repair the complaints registered awhile ago.

I have facing trouble with my thomson smart tv from the purchasing and i have contacted the customer services repeatedly. When i was turn on the tv screen starts flickering and i can't use tv beacause of this bad quality of your television system. My registered no is [protected]. You have to sent technician as soon as possible if i not need to go for legal action through consumer court. The service technicians are absolutely stupid and they are not capable for repairing the television and they are complaining that they don't have the parts to change. It's ridiculous to hear these kinds of talks from the multinational companies like you.

When i first learned of this problem, i contacted the technicians at your company, and was nothing happened from your side, it's completely waste of my time because of your irresponsible reaction against my complaints. I believe that this response is unfair because because i'm a valuable customer purchased the television through the advertisement from your thomson company. It's a clear cheating from your side. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. It's repaired twice now.. It's better to replace the old damaged television with the new one. I wish you would have take give me the new television by taking back the old one asap.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. It will be the last mail from my side regarding the complaints for last 5 month's (Alternatively contacted through 4 mails). If i do not hear from you within 5 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. Sir, I have purchased Thomson LED TV 43 INCHES on[protected], delivered on[protected] and Installation and Demo were successfully completed on[protected]. suddenly few lines are displaying on bottom side and those are increased day by day now the total screen is black no picture only sound is audible, it is very painful to bear this experience, purchased with high amount. so kindly intervene to in this issue, and we are preferably return the TV and credit the same my amount to my account please why because we lose our faith on Thomson brand with in a period of 3 months getting the issue please

I purchased this television on 29th January 20' via Flipkart. I am encountering several problems such as channels are not working, it keeps crashing all the time. The resolution above 720p lags quite often. I have tried calling on the customer care and sought help for the same but the representatives are not willing to help. Every time I call them they come up with a new solution that hardly works. Kindly resolve my problem. Thank you for your cooperation.

Customer care but they are not responding.

We purchased Thomson Tv, it will not displaying video (blank screen).
I tried to contact customer support but no response form their end.
Please solve the issue.
It is under warranty. Please attached invoice and solve the issue by sending service engineer.

I have purchased thomson tv on 2019.

- there is no software updates
- unable to use or update any app which is already installed in the tv.
- not able to connect to mobile using cast (Miracast).
- all reviews given in flipkart is absolutely fake.

Total waste product from thomson and it is not worth for rs 1000 also, but i have spent 29000 for this product.

Please do not allow these kind of products in indian market through flipkart/amazon/snapdeal/... Etc.

This is my humble request to reviewers who gave positive feedbacks after getting call from flipkart team to provide a 5 rating for this tv for 3 months extra warranty.

Definitely one day the reviewers will get punished for the fake reviews.
