I bought my Thomson smart tv 9A 32 inches from flipkert in October 2020.The TV suddenly started booting problem.It stuck on logo screen.the logo repeats display after few second and continues the same.
I already consulted with flipkert and sent email to consumer care thomson Tv but the problem is not solved yet.I am disappointed....

Please sir help my let tv 32 inch sounds problem and remote not working...

Picture of tv is distracted, blurred and not clear...

I think Thomson CEO should be pulled out - i was told that Germany Products are of world standard and i see this as a joke now - shame to the company

- there is no software updates
- unable to use or update any app which is already installed in the tv.
- not able to connect to mobile using cast (Miracast).
- all reviews given in flipkart is absolutely fake.

Total waste product from thomson and it is not worth for rs 1000 also, but i have spent 29000 for this product.

I have purchased thomson 40 inch led tv and the tv video is not working within the warrety period. I raised a complaint to thomson through phone call, email, facebook and company website. After too many followups the complaint was closed by third party person after 42 days from my complaint. Within 3 hours the same complaint reflecting again nw i'm struggling with thomson to rectify the issue....

I brought a thomson tv from flipcart on 03.11.2018. But the same is not working properly. Display is not functioning. I have raise a complaint to thomson on 02.10.2019 thought mail. And iam calling to thomson customer care its not working its a fraud tv company selling in india . I bought thomson 40" smart tv in 2018. This thomson smart tv is just a waste. It does not support any app like hotstar, zee5, sony liv & other apps like these.
Even thomson smart tv does not support youtube app. Youtube is very basic app, but thomson tv does not support even this app.
I tried to contact them via email & phone number but all waste. They have just 1 reply that we are working on it.
