Thomson Tv — HDMI (ARC) Connectivity Issue

I have purchased a thomson oathpro 43 inches tv from flipkart on 12 Sep 2020 and i was facing a issue in connecting HDMI ARC cable so i have registered a complaint to [protected]@thomsontv.in.

But still this issue has not been resolved. Can you please help me with escalation matrix for thomsom tv india.
