Bought a thomson led b9 pro smart tv from flipkart last year mid october. Since 24th september 2019 display of the tv was not working. Issue - display problem (Double image, faded colour, display shakes) I emailed thomson customer care with all details including invoice on 25th september in the morning. I didn't get any reply from them. I tried to call them several times and chased them thorough email but no response. Kindly help to get this sorted. Was this information helpful? | |||
