Thomson Tv — no response from thomson customer care

I have purchased thomson b9 pro 102cm (40 inch) full hd led smart tv from flipkart vide their order id# od[protected]Inv. Dt: 22.10.2018).

Now video (Black screen) is not working and only audio (Sound) is coming. I request you to depute their technician to attend the complaint. I have tried their customer care no: [protected] past 2 days and i cannot reach them. Please advise how to solve my problem?
