Thomson complaint id – guj0620tv007 Jeaves complaint id : 2115376 Hello! I'm super dissatisfied on thomson third class - worst customer service. It's been already 3 months from my complaint, still they and their executive lied to me. Whenever i call or msg for status inquiry they says it will be done within 1 week. From, last 3 months when their 1 week ends? Today i tried to calling their customercare no. 5 - 6 times but no one there to answer my call. All executive are busy.!! I made complaint against thomson to national consumer helpline (Government of india). One last time i request for resolution.
