Thomson Tv — our tv (thomson r9 80cm 32 inch) is not working

Hi team,

We bought thomson tv through flipkart (Order id: od[protected] on 29-sep-2019. As tv is under warranty period, please either provide service to repair (Fix the issue) or replace the product itself. Snapshot of invoice is attached here.

Tv was working fine and suddenly it stopped working. After that only red light (On/off light) is on and display is not functioning. Please send your service agent to fix the issue at below address:
