Thomson Tv — thomson led tv 32 inch

I have purchased thomson r9 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led tv from flipkart on 23.12.2018 but now screen is coming black and only sound is coming.

Call has been logged with customer care of thomson and complaint has been also lodged. Refer call id - 9661861.

Engineer visited on 19.07.2019 and told that panel has to be hanged of tv but he will not be able to tell anything when it will get replaced and how it will get replaced. I have tried to call customer care of thomson but no body is picking the phone and it automatically got disconnected and they are also not responding over mails.

Pls help in resolving the issue.
