Thomson Tv — thomson smart tv - led display not working

I have purchased Thomson Smart TV 40 inch from Flipkart and last three weeks before TV LED display have some problem and not booting. I have emailed the invoice to thomson customer care & an engineer visited and submit the investigation to thomson, after that there is no response from the customer care & even if i tried to contact them and that too failed to connect with them.

I have send multiple email for the last few weeks and not get any response.
