[Resolved]  Thomson Tv — tv remote and customer service - worst and pathetic service

I have ordered a remote for my smart tv on september 16th. For payment, i got prompt email and after the payment is done, the remote is still not delivered.
I was guaranteed by the team that the remote will be dispatched on 25th sept and 28th but i still did nt get the remote.
The customer care doesn't respond, every time i call, i get to hear excuses. I was assured on saturday (28th sept) that the remote will be dispatched in 24 hrs. No one picks the call and i need my money back or remote as soon as possible. It has been more than 2 weeks.

I am in your same shoes as yours they are giving me same excuses and not sending me remote for thomson ud9 40th100 neither refunding me the money pls see my attached screenshots about the money was transferred by upi it's been 2 weeks for me also now still they are sayinge next week what to do now pls advise.. thinking about going to police to recover my money
