Hi all.

I have purchased a 32 inch led tv from flip kart, tv has been delivered on 31st oct'18 & installed on 2nd nov. Tv got faulty on 23rd dec 18. We have logged a complain via email on 24th dec 18 as instructed by the sd team.. Thomson team has lodged the complain on 26th dec 18. Complaint id – jkol[protected].

Engineer has visited the home & told that tv not repairable we will exchange your unit with new one. You will get a replacement by 10 days. I have followup again on 5th jan '19 on toll free no: [protected]. They told me you will get a replacement by monday 7th jan'19.

I have called again on 08th jan 19 when there is nothing received on 7th jan. They told me that complaint has been closed you send us a mail we will escalate the case. I have sent a mail but no response from them. Today i have again called but i am not getting solution to my problem.

Hence i request your help to get this sorted out.

I purchased a 32inch smart TV bia Flipkart on 2 June 2018 TV delivered on 11 June 2018 and install on 13 June 2018 . but TV not working properly from 25 May 2019, I logged a complain on, 28 May 2019 . technician come on 1 June 2029 he takes some pictures and say will repair tomorrow but not come tomorrow then I logged a complain on 8 June 2019 and technician to come on 9 June 2019 he takes some pictures don't repair my TV and say will repair tomorrow but not come any technician . so I want repair and change my TV thanks
