Thomsontv — 3 A/C not working.

I had purchased three room air conditioners for my Goa home through Flipkart in June this year. I opted for your product given the hype around them and expected the same to be true. Since then, I have been thoroughly disappointed with your products and more importantly you're after sales service.
I believe your local contractor in Goa messed up the installation process as a result of which all the three units have been malfunctioning since day one. The first unit stopped cooling after a week or so and thereafter I had to run from pillar to post to get it repaired. Eventually your contractor refilled the leaked-out gas and the unit started functioning. However, it makes so much of noise akin to a truck engine while shutting down and my neighbors lodge complaints whenever I use it.
Now the second unit has stopped functioning and I am unable to get service despite escalating with your customer care people. Am sure the third unit will start misbehaving sooner than later.
Appreciate if you could get your service staff to replace all my three units (since I believe all of them have been damaged due to faulty installation) and monitor the installation process this time around. Least to say I expect an immediate response or I will be forced to escalate the issue through the social media and also seek recourse to legal action.

I raised my first compliant to Thomson on 7th January with the invoice nos etc. The engineer Iraa fan was allocated once, and he never visited the place. He keeps closing the ticket stating the issue is resolved.

After 1 month Thomson is unable to even send an Engineer to evaluate the A/C. I will never buy Thomson products henceforth. After buying 3 A/C investing 1 Lakh i am unable to use my acs due to loud noise and Thomson is not acting to fix it. They seem so helpless with their service engineer's dependency.

Pathetic service i plan to take legal help to get a replacement of all my 3 acs.
