I have purchased a thomson led tv on flipkart 8 months back. It has brand warranty of 1 year. Now the tv has stopped working. Raised a complaint on 10th august but till now there is no service, and response. I have been following up with customer care daily. Their toll-free number s are not working. This is the story for last 6days. Please escalate
