I had purchased three room air conditioners for my Goa home through Flipkart in June this year. I opted for your product given the hype around them and expected the same to be true. Since then, I have been thoroughly disappointed with your products and more importantly you're after sales service.
I believe your local contractor in Goa messed up the installation process as a result of which all the three units have been malfunctioning...

I have purchased a thomson led tv on flipkart 8 months back. It has brand warranty of 1 year. Now the tv has stopped working. Raised a complaint on 10th august but till now there is no service, and response. I have been following up with customer care daily. Their toll-free number s are not working. This is the story for last 6days. Please escalate...
