[Resolved]  Thyrocare — Delay in reports and lost samples twice

I along with my wife has got the tests done in aarogyam 1.3 package. Got the tests done on 12th july by thyrocare partner new life health care rohini. Haven't got our reports till 21st of july'2014. We had an appointment with doctor also on 19th july which we have to cancel because the reports are not delivered to us. Person can come to collect the money from rohini but can not deliver the reports...After complaining on 21st july. We got the reports which were incomplete, urine reports were missing and after confirming from the thyrocare, we came to know that the sample was lost. Again their new partner from vasundhra gaziabad and too k the sample on 25th of july. Then again we didn't got our reports till 28th. After follow up, they mailed me the report which was only mine. My wife's sample was again lost. Now they are asking for the refund o[censored]rine test which is rs 150/- while we have taken a complete couple package of rs 3000/-. What about the trauma we have suffered...We have cancelled doctor's appointment 3 times. Who is going to pay for that and the time lost. Request your intervention, as i want to have my entire money back...When they can loose our samples twice...What is the surity that the blood reports they have given to us is our samples only.

There is a sorry state of affairs with your partner. After complaining we got the reports yesterday, but incomplete reports. There is no report for urine tests...After inquiring from him he said that he is checking the reports but no revert.
