[Resolved] Thyrocare — fraud by thyrocare agent pinky behera (ac679)

For visa purpose, i had sought std panel test reports (Gonorrhea, chlamydia igm & igg, hiv 1 & 2, hep b, hep c, herpes igg and igm) for myself and my spouse. I had contacted thyrocare agent pradeep behera (Who runs the agency in the name of pinky behera, ac679). I was confirmed that all of these tests will be done and reports will be sent to me only. While the reports came to me via email, i noticed that the reports (Which are supposed to be confidential) are also sent to the service provider (Dr. [protected]@gmail.com). When i sought justification on the reason for sharing my confidential medical reports to 3rd party without my written consent through their grievance cell, they declined to resolve the issue and blocked my registered email id with them. Because of this my std status has become public and might get misused by anyone. Moreover, pradeep behera confirmed me that with inr 3500/- all the required tests (Gonorrhea, chlamydia igm & igg, hiv 1 & 2, hep b, hep c, herpes igg and igm) will be done. But they did not carry out gonorrhea and now declining to refund my money.

Updated by rajaroydeep I had already uploaded the copy of your response which you term as resolution. As Pradeep Behera & Pinky Behera runs the agency in the name of Thyrocare Authorized agency, hence if they cheat customer by taking money for a text which is not done by Thyrocare then either Thyrocare should take responsibility to mediate the issue resolution or give me in writing that Pradeep & Pinky Behera are not authorized service provider of Thyrocare (then I will file a criminal case against them).

Regarding the intentional sell of my confidential medical report by Thyrocare - I had already given the proof of the same and there was NO response from Thyrocare to prove that I had authorized Thyrocare to share my confidential medical data to 3rd Party (Pinky Behera).

Updated by rajaroydeep As it has been 1.5 weeks without any response / resolution of the 2 points in my complain as well as last update on 19-March, hence wanted to know if these will be addressed towards resolution via this forum? If yes, what is the ETA?
