Thyrocare — Harassment and cheating by Thyrocare

Please avoid Thyrocare at all costs. We had a nightmarish experience while doing tests with Thyrocare. I had booked a full body checkup - arogyam plus a few other tests for my wife. Here is my experience-

The technician assigned was not reachable over phone. The phone number given did not even exist - so we were not able to reach out in advance.

When the technician (Kundan Pandey) came for blood collection, he appeared very unhygienic with no respect for any covid norms. To our horror, the technician was completely untrained and inexperienced and his hand was shaking while collection of blood. He badly bruised my wife while collecting her blood (Pic given)

The technician additionally collected extra 600 bucks for 2 offline tests which was never done.

The next day we received a message that the tests were canceled due to “technical issues". We knew the technical issue was that the technician failed to collecf the blood properly.

Anyways my wife didn't want to go through the trauma and hence we sought a refund and a compensation for the horrible injury.

Now there grievance mechanism is a complete eyewash - we went through L1-L3 of their escalation matrix and got no response. Finally someone called Sachin Salvi sent us a threat mail and rather blamed us of threatening them and exhorting money from them (attached mail)

When we sought to Twitter to post our complaint, rather than resolving it, they blocked us (see attached)

At the end of it, they looted us of INR 3500, bruised and injured my wife, caused us mental harassment, didn't provide any service and also dared to send us threat mails. I dare them to come here and say if any of the fact quoted here is incorrect as I have proof for everything.

Please avoid this company which is full of frauds and cheats who would harass you and some Sachin Salvi would defend these criminals, when you complain against them. We even wrote to the top management of Thyrocare who turned deaf ears. We would continue to create awareness about our experience as we don't want anyone to go through the same experience.
