[Resolved] Thyrocare — hard copy of the reports | |
I have got tests done from thyrocare vide order no. 224246 and pshbzf06 dated 24.6.19. The executives attending mobile number [protected] charged rs 75.00 for sending hard copy of both the reports. However, i have not received the hard copy of report for pshbzf06. On taking up the matter, she tells me she has raised the complaint and hard copy of the reports shall reach in 3 days. Now it is more than 5 days and i have not received the hard copy of the reports. When i call on mobile number, [protected], she does not pick up my mobile. We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused. We wish to inform you that your hardcopy of reports were dispatched with AWB number - [protected] via blue dart courier services & same has been delivered today (08.07.2019).
