Thyrocare is literally cheating pathological test company.
I was booked test immediately person responded and collected money and sample
They sent message to download android app to collect report
After downloading app .. registered mobile, invoice number etc as instructed
But invoice available in app but not report
I was trying to reach them through customer care, SMS, what's app, LinkedIn, Facebook but no one available to provide report
Now I lost my confidence and even if they provide report how genuine it is ...big question m
Now
I would request all customer to go for traditional method even if it is little costly rather than this technical savvy where report is not available for customer
More importantly if no one available to clarify, only automatic robotic people talk repeatedly same reply ( you can reach someone who can collect money from you) I strongly recommend people to avoid all this kind of online fraud people
