Thyrocare — non compliant payment receipt

I had ordered arogyam 1.5 test package for myself and my wife under order no. Em[protected]. I received test reports on 30st jan. I received payment receipt only after asking for it and that too in soft format. I was told that thyrocare does not issue receipt in hard copy format.

My claim for reimbursement of test charges was rejected by my insurer on following counts:
1. Receipt is combined for me and my wife and it is a printout from email sent by thyrocare.
2. No breakup of individual costs is provided.

They asked me to resubmit my claim with following documents, which are standard requirement of insurance industry and are provided by all hospitals and heath care providers.
A. Individual payment receipt for me and my wife for rs 1500.0 each, in hard copy format on thyrocare letter head.
B. Test cost breakup in each case totaling to rs. 1500.0 each as a part of the receipt.

They assured me that these are standard receipts and are provided by all hospitals and care providers.
On contacting your navi mumbai office today for these requirements i was surprised to receive a no response on each count. Some internal process reasons were cited for non-compliance to my requests.

I once again request you to provide me the payment receipts as stated in a) and b) above before 7th feb as i need to re-submit my claim before 10th feb.

If i do not receive your positive response, i will not like to continue my relationship with thyrocare in future and will also be compelled to put my case to my social media contacts to warn them that dealing with thyrocare may lead to insurance claim rejection in their cases also.
